For those interested, IEEE is sponsoring a talk on satellite communication
anaysis by Tom Johnson (Analytical Graphics, Inc, AGI) on 15 April at 1300
(1145 to register), George Washington University Academic Center, 22nd &
Eye NW, Room T-640, EE Department. Contact Tom McGonigle, 301 441 1175,
tmcgonigle@ieee.org. Johnson was responsible for developing products to
expand the Satellite Tool Kit (STK) software suite.
