Thanks to Paul Rinaldo who gave AMRAD two old 486 computers yesterday, we now have, as of this evening, at least one working computer to drive the 136 beacon transmitter. The refurbished machine has now been operating on my bench for 6 hours, non-stop, with the QRS program putting out "this is the amrad 136.750 lf beacon. pls qsl etc" Thanks Paul Andre'
