Spectran Beta 1 is available

As promised, the first beta of Spectran is available, albeit with some delay.
Spectran is a spectral analysis program, with resolutions from 4 Hz to 0.032 Hz.
It can prove quite useful when testing on VLF.
It works with any sound card supported by Windows, even on laptops.

It is freeware for radio amateurs and experimenters. Please download it from :
