Query re: QST LF Antenna Article

Hi,

I am contacting Signal Transformer to see if they will waive this fee for 
Radio Amateurs building these projects.  They had assured me earlier that 
they would not have any extra charges for buying just one 
transformer.  They have changed their policy since then.
If they don't change, I will come up with suitable alternatives from common 
distributors that you can at least bundle in some other items or pay a 
smaller handling fee.
