Spam

It has been reported recently in the Press that up to 50% of traffic o 
the internet is some form of spam
It seems to me that the amount of spam on the two AMRAD reflectors is 
increasing, and I  move that we implement asap a"semi-moderated" list.
In other words, anyone could apply to join our lists, but they would 
first have to apply to a moderator.
Obviously, spammers would not be accepted.
