This from our Geneva TELECOM correspondent:


This was too good not to comment on...the booth across from ours at TELECOM
is by KA-TE systems.

They make a system which, according to the sign, brings Broadband to the
Building and features No Dig.

How? Over power lines? Over cable tv? NO

Through the Sewer pipe! (I'm not joking).

It is a fiber optic cable that snakes through the serwer into your
building and brings the broadband signal.

They have several transparent plastic tubes set up to show you how
it works...
