AMRAD Annual Meeting

Gang,

This is notice of the AMRAD Annual Meeting at 7:30 PM on December 9 at the
Dolley Madison Library, McLean, VA. 

The two-year terms of Directors Glenn Baumgartner, KA0ESA and George
Lemaster, WB5OYP, and Alternates Terry Fox, WB4JFI, and Roger Geesey,
KG4IRH, expire at the end of 2004. All four were renominated at the
November 18 meeting. Additional nominations will be open until they are
closed at the Annual Meeting. Meanwhile, nominations may also be addressed
to bod at amrad.org. The two nominees receiving the most votes will become
Directors for 05-06. Those two receiving the next largest votes will become
Alternates for 05.

Those Directors continuing in office through 2005 are: Frank Gentges,
K0BRA, Paul Rinaldo, W4RI, and Elton Sanders, WB5MMB.

The Annual Meeting is the only "business meeting" we have each year. You
will receive reports of activities... such as BPL and the AMRAD van... as
well as a financial report and discussion of plans for next year.
