FCC Radio Intelligence Division (1940-1946) document

Sifting around google I stumbled across this document by George 
Sterling  W1AE/ ex-W3DF (sk)
former WW II head of the RID.  It appears to have been held in a 
government archive
and is now on the web.  Very possibly its the  most detailed description 
of RID available. I am
aware that Sterling wrote a personal history of those times entitled  
"QSA0,"
held privately by his family but never published.  QSA0 was the Q-signal 
sent by
the HQ espionage station in Hamburg while it waited  for its agents
to report in.   -h.
