There is also the "Dream" open source package.

Just starting to play with it but it looks promising.

This fellow is using SDR-1000 with it.

I have the mod in my RX-321 to bring the 12kc IF directly out and I want
to decode it with Dream. I will give WinDRM a shot as well. :-)
