Getting off topic but as kid I had no idea the U.K. was doing this. And
then I heard Monty Python talk about 'Cat Detector' vans (Eric the 'alf
bee) in one of their routines and I had no clue what they were talking
about until as a young adult when I found out about the BBC vans I
finally.. got .. it. :-)
