Folded Dipole calculator, got one?

Hi guys,
  Got a couple of requests recently for info on how to make folded dipoles.
  Tried some 'on line' calculators and got some exciting things.
   
  On one link the anti virus went off, and on another, it promised me delights not well known to man on this earth. 
   
  You know, some people like me would beef if hanged with a golden rope. 
   
  All I wanted was simple how to directions.
   
  An Italian proof (being an ethnic Ginny) way to make these things and a folding chart.
   
  So the big question is, anybody have anything like this they can share?
