Alongside BAMA (BoatAnchor Manual Archive) and the Agilent book repository, I
now have a third source for online downloadable manuals. This one is
specifically focussed on test equipment.

Then scroll down to the bottom of the left menu and look for the tiny link
saying "Free Test Equipment Manuals". Registration is required. Maximum three
downloads per day. 

For all those people with test equipment with no manuals, this site may be a
boon!
