Where liquidating over the holidays?

Bill,

 From what I have read the stores are already sold to a liquidator and 
now the liquidator will keep the same stores open over the holidays. 
Typically, the liquidator hires some of the same employees under a 
separate agreement and will bring in a lot of other merchandise to add 
to the excitement.  Signs will feature the CompUSA name and the 
liquidator may only show in the fine print. They have bought the stores 
for the privilege of doing business on a short term basis with an 
established name.

You may find a lot of velvet paintings and perhaps a fine assortment of 
kitchen knives and chia pets and strange looking computers.  Buyer 
beware, these guys are pros, they are not stupid and you only deal with 
these people occasionally.  Last time the merchandise was not at super 
bargain prices.
