6m MS network Performance Monitoring!

If Propnet already uses that freq I suggest you use another.  As you point,
out that they transmit only occassionally, mostly listening for other
propnet stations.  You will transmit at a MUCH higher percentage of the
time, and block their chances to hear other propnet stations.
