Aha! Well spotted!

If you go to the original posting on the www.ARRL.org website homepage, you
will see that the word "email" in the last sentence is a clickable hyperlink,
and that it takes you to an email address:

mbreport at haarp.alaska.edu

Sorry, I didn't notice that the hyperlink properties were removed when I
forwarded the message.
