DTV a winner at Field Day

I went out to the LARG Field Day activities and participated in several 
things.  One was to bring out a DTV converter and TV so we could watch 
9-2, which is a constant Doppler radar display of the Washington DC 
area.  We had storm activity and it helped us in getting shut down for a 
threating storm and to reactivate once it was passed. Some hams in 
Fredrick County, MD could have used it. The details follow.
