Farnsworth Reactor

Several of us have been down to Richard Hull's place and seen his 
Farnsworth reactor run and produce neutrons.

It needs to boost production by a lot to get really interesting. 
Nonetheless, it is a good AMRAD kind of project.  It may only be one 
good idea away from being really useful.
