Wanted: Oscilloscope

I have two oscilloscopes not being used, in operational condition - however,
I don't know if they would be up to the standard your friend needs:
tektronix 465 oscilloscope (2ch), and COS1600M Oscilloscope 100 MHz (5 Ch)
