Finishing Charleston Build with Voltage Regs

Hi Frank.

I have to be at a marathon planning meeting downtown until perhaps 2PM
so could not get to your lab until about 3PM.  I might want to come by
the lab during the week days if there is a day you will be there. Or
just solder in the regulators here then see help on the software.
