Alright, who's been playing?

Maybe we're finally going to have a real James Bond-class villain in the world. It's about time. It's all been downhill for flashy adversaries since the fall of the Soviet Union.

Wired is trying to read between the lines of a non-statement by NORTHCOM. The Navy seems adamant it wasn't theirs. SPACECOM's spokesmen sound as though their own folks aren't talking to them.
There was a Navy NOTAM out, but it was apparently issued later than the event. Not that that means anything from some of the NOTAM publication timing I've seen in the past.

Has anyone read anything on the RadioReference utility forums?
