Winterfest Hamfest object

Hi Bob,

I will forward this to the VWS Winterfest leads and the FFX ARES talk-in 
lead.

As I have not done this before, will go look at the web page. may have 
to load the beacon into my 350R. Will see what we can do starting tomorrow.
