AMRAD IRLP Back UP

Perhaps the subject should say the IRLP is back up.

The deck is all spruced up and the IRLP antenna is back up.  I have 
powered up the radio and the IRLP should now work again.

Anybody trying to use it please send an email so everyone will know it 
is really up and running.
