The website looked interesting, because of all the electronic equipment.  I did not know about the fee to join.

You mentioned: The government has a similar website.  I wonder what it is.  Do you, or does anyone know?

They charge $20 or $40 to Join there web site. Not only that, If you look hard enough, you can find the same stuff on the government's web site or ebay!
