Notice of Annual Meeting

DATE/TIME: Thursday, 15 December, 7:30 PM 

PLACE: Dolley Madison Library, 1244 Oak Ridge Avenue, McLean, VA 22101

This will be an opportunity for Board Members and Members to report on
technical projects and to discuss plans for 2012. Elections for Directors
will be held at the meeting. Nominations may be made to Secretary Karl
Berger, w4krl at arrl.net, until the beginning of the 2011 Annual Meeting. 

Directors whose terms are expiring are: 

·         Bill Fenn, N4TS 

·         Frank Gentges, KØBRA

·         Paul Rinaldo, W4RI

The three nominees receiving the most votes will become Directors for the
2012/2013 term. Those receiving the next two number of votes will become
Alternate Directors for the 2012 term. 

Incumbent Alternate Directors for 2011 are:

·         Paul Mooney, K4KRE

·         Rob Seastrom, AI4UC
