Toyotas and tin whiskers

I don't believe he wants the government to replace it for him, he  
wants Toyota to replace it for him.

I'm not sure that is totally unreasonable.  Tin whiskers should not  
occur.  Then again, I am not happy with all the RoS stuff anyway.
