The BBC also produced an excellent video titled "Code-Breakers:
Bletchley Park's Lost Heroes" based largely on the book "Colossus" by
Jack Copeland and others (many of whom were actually part of the
Lorenz/Tunny breaking campaign). Capt. Roberts was interviewed at
Bletchley for the program.

The book goes into great detail about how Tutte figured out how the
Lorenz produced its key stream and how he and others (e.g. Turin,
Flowers, etc.) worked to transform the methods of breaking into the
enciphered messages from a lengthy paper-and pencil exercise to a
routine, machine-based process largely handled by trained personnel who
were otherwise not cryptanalysts.

There's also a bit in there by Tony Sale about the rebuild of Colossus
that he led for the National Museum of Computing. Pretty neat stuff!
