That's what some of the hams are using for SDR these days, the Odroid X2, 
and its predecessor.  Lots of bang on a single board.  Check out the SDR 
Widget Google group.  Sid Boyce in England is using an earlier version.

It's a great time to be building stuff that needs a fast embedded processor. 
I just need more time.... how did I ever get any work done??
