U B right, says gooey and oozed. Bath oils or some king of bath stuff?

Let’s start the story that they are insect larva from White Sands. Our
story will be as good as anyone else’s until someone analyzes the goo.

Interesting photo. Some of the bobbles, at the edges of the pile are
covered or partially covered by blown sand. I was raised in a hot desert
and all us throw backs though purple glass looked cool. That was in the
1950s and 60s. Glass turned purple if the process to make it used manganese
to help make it look clear to begin with. The manganese would oxidize if
left in the sunlight. It did not happen overnight and could take a long
time months or a year to get enough sun light. Most bottle manufactures
stopped using the manganese process (or so I believe) 30-40 years ago. How
much glass left visible to sun light turns purple anymore. I haven’t seen
any.

Craft glass they may be says Yoda. They are not spheres. They are flat on
one side. Anyone recognize them now? I bet I can find a good example in
Michael’s the craft store. They will be about ½ to 1” in diameter. I them
used in games.

I wish I had the GPS coordinates on this. My son was in Tucson a week ago.
He could have brought back a souvenir.

Obviously, it's an invasion. Aliens have once again detected and followed
our electromagnetic transmissions to the source, depositing their eggs in an
attempt to colonize Earth.
Just wait 'til they hatch - then watch out, they'll consume us all - just
like the Blob that arrived here in the fifties.
