Big cranes

yes indeedy, that's a big crane.

nice piece - it even makes mention of how hard it is to
move big cranes around on land. the cranes that can
assemble wind turbines on 250 foot pylons rent for
$100,000 a day and that includes assembly and
disassembly. the biggest ones come on 14-16 flatbeds
and semis and take more than a week to assemble
or tear down for transport.

as you might imagine, crane rental is a significant 
part of the construction cost of a big wind farm.
