I think you are right. It looks like one output is on pin K and its
antiphase on L.

It's some sort of phase splitter.  I'm not sure that it would be hi-fi in
nature.  Maybe it functions as a balanced modulator if audio feeds into
terminal E and some carrier signal feeds into the cathode circuit through
terminal F.  Terminal F would need some kind of DC path to the negative
supply.
