  Computer hard drives and internet traffic is already being encrypted 
by some, perhaps many. However, no encryption scheme can be considered 
indefinitely secure. Any of it can be deciphered, given sufficient 
effort. I have no doubt that the NSA can decrypt anything it wants to, 
with the possible exception of one time use codes and very short 
messages. ;-) That's when operatives come into play. =-O
