Andre',

It's good to see Heaviside get some recognition. Thanks to Heaviside we use
vector analysis rather than quaternions. We must also credit Heaviside with
the rationalization of metric units by normalizing the electric and magnetic
constants. It is also said that Heaviside introduced c as the speed of light
when he reformulated Maxwell's equations.
