how about 10 Hz ?
Some people are able to feel 10 Hz.
I remember once, being at the back of King's College Chapel in 
Cambridge, and :feeling"subharmonics (beats of two bass frequencies) of 
the organ.
It was more a "wind" (air displacement) than a sound
