#2 on Karl's list looks like it. Evidently belongs to Salem County
according to Karl's list, but all sorts of commercial operations make
deals with local governments for radio sites.

(*** this looks like it, but no tower in sight in the picture ***)
39 37 40.0 N 075 21 32.0 W
39 51 Cemetery Rd
Pilesgrove, NJ 08098 ‎ 0.2 mi NE
farmlike; to the south there are the trees behind what looks like corn
or grain, behind grass, that are seen in the picture

There is another site nearby, but it's too far from the trees and not it:

(slightly north of apparent antenna location)
39 37 47.0 N 075 21 32.0 W
39 51 Cemetery Rd
Pilesgrove, NJ 08098 ‎ 0.1 mi NE
multiple towers and a tall three sided guyed tower

Both of these appear to be Salem County sites, from Karl's list.
