Hi there,

wow - 150MPH is pretty amazing, although with enough guys it's not
patently impossible.

i'd talk to the US Tower folks. their heavy-duty towers are pretty burly
and i suspect a lot
of the loading issues could be addressed with an oversize base. they
have PEs that do their
installation stuff so that might be useful to go that way - they might
be able to do you
a custom package.

it's been a while since i looked at their numbers, but i seem to
remember their 50-55 foot
heavy-duty nests to circa 20 feet. with an oversize base, or guys on the
bottom section, or both,
getting it to withstand 150MPH *nested* is probably not all that hard
(relatively speaking).
with deep enough anchors on long-enough guys, getting the tower to do
150MPH extended
is probably not impossible, but whether the antenna would stay in one
piece is another
matter entirely. and at some point, the soil stability starts becoming
the driving factor.

as in most things, "possible is measured in dollars".

sorry i can't suggest anything more "concrete" (ouch!)
