FW: SDR dongle problem

My personal opinion . Which is worse, Norton or the Virus?

I have had more machines screwed up by Norton Anti-Virus than machines
screwed up by real honest to good viruses. I will take the virus over
Norton any time as it is less of a problem.

N4TS

PS - I currently use Microsoft Security Essentials . it's free, it works and
not as deadly as Norton.

Subject: SDR dongle problem

I got one of those TV dongles everyone is using for SDR. I hunted up SDR#
and got it to run. I pushed in the Dongle and it installed itself with some
kind of on board driver, so Windoze 7 recognizes it. It was mentioned on a
few sites that I would have to install a special driver to make the dongle
work. I choose the zadig driver. When I tried to install it I was severely
scolded by my antivirus software and then the antivirus software blocked the
install.
So is this a false reading from Norton? Or is there some evil thing about
to pounce on my computer?
