Balloon down, in the ocean: K4WCU-11

Just a shot in the dark in case someone has friends who live in the general
area of Nassawadox VA, ExmoreVA, or Painter VA, who might have a pleasure
craft, or who frequents the shoreline in the area:.

The balloon is down, in the water, but still transmitting. About 3.5 miles
off the coast, drifting South West towards Quinby Inlet and Hog Island Bay.
