W4CIA 147.210 Mhz

I have been monitoring the repeater recently.  Frequently I hear some sort of static sound.  Frequently it will break the squelch, but there is no voice.  I have tried to raise the repeater from Manassas, but I am unable to hit the repeater from here.
I hope, we can get repeater working better.

I don't think I can hit that repeater from Woodbridge.  In general 2 meter traffic is way down. If there were more traffic I'd set up a beam.
