It is likely legit, judging from the e-mail address they want you to respond to.  HOWEVER, it is possible in HTML mail to “fake it” so the e-mail reads one way, yet actually directs you to another address.  This is the case for web sites and e-mail addresses.  SO, just type in the address and don’t just click on the link.

It would be much easier to check if you included full headers.
