I see nothing in that flyer to suggest that Mr. Cedillo might not be a "non-citizen of Manassas", except from the color of his skin and a last name that suggests his family heritage might be from somewhere else.

You could say exactly the same thing about me, with the added complication that my surname suggests connection with a certain seafaring people who were noted for their violence and property crimes (first pillage, *then* burn!).

I'm all for getting the word out about people who are wanted by the police in connection with serious crimes, but you might want to be more careful about forwarding stuff that contains racist innuendo.  At least redact it if you insist upon corresponding with that sort of people.

Lastly, tell Mr. Sly that as a small business owner he might want to be more careful about sending around email that he wouldn't want to show up on his Yelp review page.  Just sayin.  :)
