I previously downloaded the FCC NPRM regarding Part 15 (and other devices) in PDF format. I just put it on the AMRAD website, under the new "FCC Info" tab on the main page. It is the third link down, 15-92A1. It is long. Once the FCC site is back up, this NPRM is broken into four sections (I believe), and I will use them instead. 73, Terry, N4TLF
