30 mile no-fly zone around DC for "drones"

I think they are worried, or prudent because carrying something like a 
Claymore mine is within the capability of what you can build "drone" 
wise...possibly.

Remote control aircraft have been around forever, and even ones that 
were not so remote control, my dad build one as a kid that had a gas 
engine, it had what sounded like a visco cannon fuse on the rudder, it 
was to fly up and out a ways, then the fuse was to burn through and it 
would start to circle until it ran out of fuel. The fuse went out I 
guess, they lived in Pawtucket RI, and the last they saw of it the thing 
was headed out to Sea :-).
