Proposed revision of amateur regulations

The FCC has released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in response to a petition

by the ARRL. It would revise the regulations covering data transmission of various types in

the amateur bands. Comments due 60 days after publication in the Federal Register; Reply

Comments due thirty days thereafter.
