It looks like a giant p*n*s (the spacecraft, not Trump. Mind you...)

Lots of interesting data. Slightly coy on travel time. I like the in-orbit refuelling idea. As (I think) Jerry Pournelle once pointed out, in energy and fuel terms, earth orbit is half-way to anywhere.
