FCC Issues Report and Order which includes LF for Radio Amateurs

We can use LF as long as we're 1km from any electrical transmission line
using PLC, and we have to give 30 days notice to the Utilities Telecom
Council of our operating location and not be told that we're too close
before we can operate at all.

Yay, I guess?
