Another good source of power amplifiers for the 13cm band is equipment for
satellite stations for communication through OQ-100. Almost immediately
after its launch several years ago the satellite became a very popular mode
of communication, and there are many sources of relatively cheap TX
hardware for such stations. This is an example of an 20W PA for the 13cm
band: http://www.sg-lab.com/AMP2400/amp2400.html
The downlink uses the 3cm band, so unlike the wifi amps, the 13cm
amplifiers are TX only.
