If you have a sound card capable of sampling at 192 kHz, you don't even need a receiver...
Just use the mini-whip antenna of PA0RDT directly connected to the Line Input of the
sound card. I used this technique to receive the SAQ transmission at 17.2 kHz, and it
works quite well.
