sure I'm not using all 20 amps. I made a 36" cut with it. With
the old PS the wire would drag in the middle which is OK in the
straight a ways, but messes up when you get to the curves. I have
aluminum templates screwed to both ends of the foam board. I
print the airfoil on my laser printer and then glue it to the
aluminum so I can cut it to shape. I use sheet rock scews to hold
the template. I was surpised how well they hold. I'm using a
Clark Y airfoil, an oldy but goody. With the new PS's good
performance I have decided to try some more exotic glider
airfoils. I'd love to get a 8:1 aspect ratio with cheap white
styrofoam reenforced with carbon fiber struts. <br>
