Verizon when they upgraded my neighborhood nine years ago to FIOS, one of the first in this locale of Northern Virginia, had "upgraded" her from copper to fiber optic. Unbekownst to her they had "bundled" her for cable t.v. even though she was receiving her cable service from Cox cable.</div><div><br></div><div>It was quite the 'adventure' as I was routed from call center to call center dealing with Custom Service, Billing, Engineering, and requesting to escalate the ticket as each person in their department wasn't allowed to deviate from their prescribed "script".
