it. Back in the dark ages when I was designing mirowave systems for</DIV>
<DIV aria-label="Compose body">a liviing, FSPL was given as 36.6 + 20 log D + 20
log f. This paper gives a different value. I don't know why, since
the</DIV>
<DIV aria-label="Compose body">physical constants haven't changed, and maybe
some day I'll look into it.</DIV></DIV>
